Skill की Class offers three levels of tier support to the institutions subscribed to our platform. You would have received these details after processing your payment within 72 hrs. If you have not received the email then, write to us at contact@Skillkiclass.com.
Refund Policy For Subscribers
In case you wish to cancel one or all of our services availed by you or your organisation, please get in touch with your account manager with a specific reason for cancellation & the same shall be resolved by our team within 15 working days. And the refund will be made through a credit note or into the bank account of the client as per the standard process (subject to case to case basis)
Certification Process For Subscribers
Skill की Class is a self-paced eLearning platform which has been developed using Artificial Intelligence & is sourced from vast publications of Governments of multiple countries, world organisations, universities and renowned writers. Skill की Class offers two categories of certifications
- Self Assessment (on the platform only): Eligible after completing a minimum duration of 12hrs curriculum
- At Authorised Exam Centres [ for Govt. certification or Skill India Certification or competent body or all (depending on course type and duration)]: Eligible after completing a minimum duration of 24hrs curriculum
